I recently did CCN1 & 3 appliances with your company & wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the course.  
The facilities were very good & I was taught in an easy to understand way, unlike other places I've been to in the past, where it all seemed a bit confusing. The trainer was polite & informative & I really felt as though I'd gained something from the course. 
The assessment wasn't as bad as I thought it would be either, as I didn't feel under too much pressure.  
I also liked the free drinks machine - not many places offer that these days !!
 
Thanks again - I'll definitely be back to do more courses as & when my tickets run out.
